The integrated magnetic unit removes ferrous particles,
while the non-magnetic chips are filtered out by the fabric filter.

Integrated Magnetic Separator (+M Configuration): A high-power magnetic separator removes ferromagnetic particles at the first filtration stage. This significantly:

Dual-Stage High-Precision Filtration:After magnetic separation, a filter media unit or drum filter performs the secondary filtration.
Clean coolant reaches 25–50 micron particle size levels.
High-Pressure Pump Integration: Provides 20–70 bar for Through-Spindle Coolant (TSC), supporting deep drilling, honing, reaming, and heavy-duty machining operations.
Superior Sludge & Chip Management: Bottom sludge is automatically removed using a scraper conveyor or sludge pump, preventing clogging and reducing downtime.
Noise & Vibration Minimization: The closed cabin significantly reduces noise emission, ensuring a quieter working environment.
Energy-Efficient Operation: Optimized pump and motor design maintain high pressure while minimizing energy consumption.
