General Features

Dual-Stage Filtration Technology: Sludge ZERO uses a magnetic separator + filter media (or drum filter) configuration to remove both ferromagnetic and non-magnetic particles. Clean coolant can reach 25–50 micron quality.
Integrated High-Pressure Pump System: Available with 20–70 bar high-pressure options for Through-Spindle Coolant (TSC). Ideal for drilling, deep-hole machining, and high-speed cutting.
Superior Sludge & Particle Management: Automatically evacuates heavy sludge and fine particles that collect at the bottom of the tank, preventing clogs and unplanned downtime.
Energy-Efficient Design: Delivers stable high-pressure output with low power consumption thanks to optimized pump and motor configuration.
Continuous Clean Coolant Supply: Filtered coolant is continuously recirculated back to the machine, significantly reducing consumption and operating costs.
Compact & Modular Construction: Designed to fit beside or behind CNC machines with ease. Its modular build ensures fast maintenance and easy service access.
Low Maintenance Requirement: Magnetic pre-filtration reduces the load on the filter media, extending filter life and lowering maintenance frequency.

  • Which CNC machines is Sludge ZERO compatible with?
    It is compatible with machining centers, lathes, multi-axis machines, horizontal machining centers, and all CNC machines using Through-Spindle Coolant (TSC). Custom connection kits can be provided.
  • What is the filtration accuracy of the unit?
    Thanks to the magnetic separator + filter media or drum filter combination, clean coolant can reach 25–50 microns.
  • What is the high-pressure output range?
    Depending on the configuration, the system provides 20–70 bar high pressure. Higher pressure options can be manufactured on request.
  • How often should filter media be replaced?
    This depends on sludge volume, but magnetic pre-filtration significantly extends filter life. Weekly or monthly checks are typically sufficient.
  • How does Sludge ZERO remove sludge from the tank?
    Heavy particles settled at the bottom are discharged via a scraper conveyor or an automatic sludge pump, minimizing manual cleaning.
