Full Compatibility with Furnace – Press – Induction Lines: Seamlessly integrates into heat treatment furnaces, induction heating units, forging presses, and hot working stations.
High Wear Resistance: Reinforced structure protects against oxidation, scale buildup, thermal shock, and abrasive wear caused by hot metal pieces.
Safe Operation: Eliminates the risk of parts falling, bouncing, or contacting operators. Fully compliant with industrial safety standards.
Fixed or Adjustable Speed Control: Available with fixed-speed or inverter-controlled adjustable speed for synchronization with production flow.
Optional Servo-Driven Sorting: Servo-controlled diverter mechanisms can be added for distributing parts to multiple workstations.
